When we come out to do a heating maintenance visit, we follow a multi-point checklist designed to ensure that your system is running smoothly and in tip-top shape. Far more than just a visual inspection, we get into the unit, run diagnostic tests, perform maintenance tasks, and evaluate/troubleshoot/make adjustments to tune up various aspects of your system.

Once we’ve completed our full diagnostic and maintenance, we’ll provide you with a detailed inspection report that you can keep on file for your records.

A heater maintenance visit usually runs between $150 and $300 depending on what types of things need to be addressed. Our goal is always to save you money in that we’ll clean rather than replace a filter or adjust the tension of a belt vs. replacing it whenever feasible. If we do feel it’s best to make a replacement, we’ll show you exactly what and why.
